Refund Policy
Refunds issued at the discretion of the management – unless sailing is cancelled.
Published schedule is subject to alteration without notice due to weather conditions and other circumstances e.g. lack of demand.
Passengers must present for boarding at least 30 minutes prior to departure (this includes bus & ferry) – late arrivals will be treated as standbys and accommodated where possible.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure will incur a 1/3 cancellation fee of full amount due / paid, if the offer below is not availed of.
Customers cancelling on day of travel may change date of travel or take voucher for travel in the future, on condition that they cancel reservation at least 1½ hours prior to time of departure (please note that these conditions also apply to bus departures).
Cancellation within 1½ hours of due departure time will be charged in full.
Cancellation of accommodation / meals etc. reserved through Island Ferries Teo. within 72 hours of travel will be charged in full, unless otherwise advised by accommodation provider.
